Games are 7v7 format with Goalkeepers.

• Two (2) twenty-five (25) minute halves with a five (5) minute half time break.
• Unlimited rolling substitutions.
• No slide tackles are permitted.
• Zero Tolerance for Referee Abuse.
• One (1) point for a tie, three (3) points for a win, and zero (0) point for a loss.
• The Champion will be the first place team and will receive a trophy and medals.
• Tiebreak: 1) Goal difference (cap of plus 3 per game), 2) Goals scored (cap of plus 3 per game, and 3) Goals conceded.
• A Manager on Duty will be present for all games.
• No punting will be permitted from the Goalkeeper.
• All other FIFA rules will remain in place.
• The home team wears Navy and the Away team wears Red
• Teams must arrive ten (10) minutes prior to the designated start time, if there is not a minimum of four (4) players present, the game will be forfeited as a 3-0 loss.
• Red cards will result in an automatic one (1) game suspension, however, for serious foul play they may be extended at the discretion of the Executive Director.
