CLASSES START THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 3, 2025

Cost of the USA - Home School PE Program is $99.00/monthly for one class per week or $30/session

Schedule is flexible and can be adjusted as we establish our age groups.

Our initial schedule is: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10 am and 11 am

Location: Eagle Harbor Soccer Complex

Course plan: 

Classes will follow Clay County school year quarter / semester timing
Classes will be broken down by age group
Classes will be 60 minutes once a week
Older classes will have opportunities to train in our gym under supervision utilizing equipment and weight training.

United Soccer Alliance Homeschool Physical Education Program
Instructors are CPR certified, background checked by the state as employees of USA-CCSC as well as trained and licensed soccer coaches by multiple sources: TOVO, Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA), US Soccer, US Youth Soccer (USYS)

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Running in place

  • Stationary equipment: rowing machine, stationary bike, treadmill, etc.
  • Weight training (with proper supervision)
