Junior Trainer Bright Futures

United Soccer Alliance is proud to announce the addition of the Junior Trainer Bright Future program (JTBF). This program is aimed at high school students in need of community service hours for bright futures.

The JTBF program will run year round with the flexibility to work around your schedule. You will be placed with premier coaches and will act as their assistants for both practices and games.

As a Junior Trainer you will wear many hats. You will help with the set up and break down of the training session. During the session you will be assisting with coaching and often playing in.

If you have never coached before, please do not worry. As part of the JTBF program you will be taught the basics of soccer coaching in both an introductory session and on the job.

This is an opportunity to mentor young players and make a positive impact in their life. If you would like to be a part of this program please contact us immediately as spaces are limited.

Selection for the JTBF program will be contingent of successful completion of an interview with the Director(s) of Coaching. We are looking for Junior Trainers to start immediately.
